This dry Rosé is made from our estate grown shiraz grapes, handpicked from our Padthaway vineyard in 2020, fermented with natural yeast and stirred regularly on full lees until bottling. A wine to drink this summer, serve chilled with seafood or pasta.
A salmon pink colour with a perfumed nose of strawberries and cream, crisp and savoury palate. Delicious!
