Winemaking:

Handpicked, estate grown Padthaway Chardonnay grapes were pressed in Australia’s only Conquers press before being fermented in bottle using traditional French methods.  Riddled and disgorged after 18 months, we are proud to present this premium sparkling for you to enjoy on special occasions (or just every day), served chilled with fruit, cheese or hors d’oeuvres, or as an accompaniment to a fine dining experience.

The Oparina Blanc de Blanc greets you with the fresh aromas of baking cashew brioche and almond biscotti. This wine proudly reveals the unmistakable grapefruit and peaches with cream of Padthaway Chardonnay.
